Dear Candidate,

Depending on the job requirements, the contract type will be either task-based or time-based.

If you are in a time-based job, your payment will be made on an hourly or monthly basis.

If you are in a task-based job, you will receive profits at the rate of the tasks you have completed, i.e., the content you provide. You earn a certain amount of Basic Rate (BR) for each task you complete on our platform (Fire). BR is a universal unit, you can find the value of your contract. The basic rate (BR) is individually determined for each employee and may vary depending on:

  • Your qualifications include the results of the test mission
  • Mission complexity
  • Experience
  • Level of expertise
  • Personal skills

How to Calculate Your Earnings:

In our platform, the BR prize of each task is highlighted in green color. The cost of the task depends on the degree of duty. To calculate your payment of a task, you need to multiply the amount of BR with the BR value. You can go to the Profile page in Yang to see your BR history over the past two months and open the History tab.

1 BR = 0.015 USD

The basic proportion value can be revised by Gini according to the conditions of the day. To calculate your income level, you need to multiply 0.015 by the number of BRs. For example, if a task is worth 10 BR, you will earn 10 x 0.015 USD = 0.15 USD when you complete this task.

Calculation of the Amount You Can Earn:

Depending on the number of tasks you have completed within a day and the BR value of these tasks, your earnings will change.

For example:

Let's say you've completed 50 missions in one day, and each mission is worth 10 BR on average. Daily earnings: 50 duty x 10 BR x 0.015 USD = 7.5 USD  Your weekly earnings by working 5 days a week: 5 days x 7.5 USD = 37.5 USD Monthly earnings: 4 weeks x 37.5 USD = 150 USD. If the BR value of the tasks is higher or you complete more tasks, your earnings will increase accordingly.

The Talent (Skill) value allows employers to send more jobs and pay more to employees who will complete the tasks well. The BR value taken from the same assignment may vary from person to person. For example, someone with a high talent (skill) value wins 100 BRs from a mission, while a person with a low-value of the same task can win 80 BR.

You can see your different skill (skill) values related to tasks on your Yang profile screen.

In light of this information, how much you can earn will vary depending on the number of tasks you have completed, the BR value of these tasks and the complexity of tasks. By completing tasks and maintaining your quality, you will have the opportunity to earn a good income in this role.
