Every time you log in to the Yang platform, you also need to log in to your Yandex email account. All official announcements and information are transmitted through your Yandex email account. Once you log in to Yang, you can access your Yandex email account via https://mail.yandex-team.ru/
In line with recent increasing security threats and risk assessments, we would like to share with you that VPN usage is not allowed. Therefore, we strongly ask that you do not use a VPN while performing your tasks.
You need to work using your personal computer as much as possible. Accessing Yang system from different devices can cause vulnerabilities and this can have serious consequences. In addition, it is a highly sensitive issue for different users from a computer to log into the system. For example, if you and your roommate are working at Yang, it is expected that both users will enter the system through different computers. Accessing the system with more than one user from the same device can cause a vulnerability.
Please complete your tasks only through the special version of Yandex and do not log in to the system using different browsers.

a) Go to https://passport.yandex-team.ru/ using the Yandex browser you downloaded in the previous step.
b) Enter your User Name and phone in the E-Mail you received by SMS.
c) The verification window of your phone number will appear. Click on the "Over" button.
d) Enter the code that comes to your phone via SMS in the relevant field.
e) When you come to the page containing QR code, save and store the image of this QR code first. If you lose your password with the mistake, you will need it. You will now continue our transactions on your mobile phone. Please don't close this page.
f) Download the application called Yandex Key to your mobile phone via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This app will provide a two-stage security layer at the login to your account.
g) Turn on the Yandex Key application that you have downloaded to your mobile phone and press Add Account button.
h) Press the Scan QR code button on the opened screen and read the QR code on the Yandex browser screen, which is open on your computer. Your disposable password will appear on the screen. When logging in to Yang platform in the following process, you will always need to open the Yandex Key app and enter the disposable password seen on the screen after entering your username and password.
i) At this point, you will continue the process again from your computer. On the screen you stay on your computer, press the Next button and enter the disposable password that appears on your phone below.
j) You made a successful entry into the system for the first time. Yang platform will ask you to change your domain password sent as SMS to your mobile phone on your first successful entry. Write your current password and enter your new password in the remaining two boxes. Make sure that your new password does not contain repeated or consecutive figures, it contains upper and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters. Determine your new password to be at least 10 characters.
k) If you see the following screen, your account authorization is now complete.
l) You can access your email address in communication from the following link:
User Name: username shared in the email you received
Password: Your new domain password you have set
Disposable password: 6 digits appearing on the Yandex Key app screen
