Create a support request first for password reset.
If your domain password reaches you, please install it.
'Your domain password reset...' if an SMS reaches you, please install by copying and pasting the complex letters and numbers in the message. (Domain password is 15 digits.)
If the "your archive password" message reaches you after the reset, please follow the following operations:
After the notification SMS, you will receive an email as follows. This zip file contains your new password. However, an extra security measure has been taken in case the zip file falls into someone else's hands.
Hey, watch out here! The Zip file will be opened with a separate password and this password will be sent to you via SMS.
The following SMS will help you to open the Zip file sent to you by email, the domain is not password!
Open the zip file (send by e-mail) with the password specified in SMS. In the password.txt file, which comes out of the Zip file, you can see your new domain password.
Then please follow the installation steps.
