If you encounter these situations, the first thing you need to check is whether you use the custom Yandex browser version. You can visit the installation page to install the special version.
If you are sure that your Yandex browser is a special version, you can proceed to the next.
Translate Yang language to English
Select Yang language in English at the bottom of the page and try again. Many reported problems have been eliminated in this way.

Get rid of plugins
Some add-ons installed on the Yandex browser prevent tasks from functioning properly. To see if the problem is caused by this, log in to Yang by opening a hidden window (incognito) and try to install the task. Plugins do not work in the hidden window. If the tasks work properly in the hidden window, then some of the plugins are likely to prevent tasks from working. You can see below how to turn on the hidden mode.
To view and remove plugins:
Remove Ad blocker
Go to browser settings and make sure the Ad blocker is not active.
Turn off security checks
White list Yandex
Type browser settings/ad block/blacklist in the search bar in the browser and remove all sites related to yandex-team from the list here.Type in the search bar browser settings/ad block/whitelist and add https://iframe-yang.yandex to the exceptions.
Last resort: Re-installation
We recommend that you completely remove the Yandex version and reinstall it.
