I get errors after entering the disposable password

Try again by checking the instructions below.

  • Check if your computer and mobile device are synchronized with the precise time server. Take the time settings automatically. 
  • If you have turned off the synchronization on your device and set the time manually, set the correct time zone, otherwise you will have problems with websites and applications. The single-use password may not work as the clock settings on your device and Key app are not syncing with the network. To fix this, make sure your device is connected to the Internet. After that, the Key app, Settings, . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 
  • If the setting is already enabled, click "Update the time difference." 
  • Then you should turn off the app completely and reopen it. 
  • After syncing the time, try to log in to your account again. 
  • If time synchronization does not work, please add additional information from the application. To do this, select the yandex team account in the Key app - open the menu . . . Support information. "Copying information" should appear. 
  • Finally, if you are receiving errors despite checking these stages, try removing and reinstalling the Yandex Key application. Also take your browser in secret mode.
