The project employers (Requester) regularly check the responses of the employees and evaluate the quality of completion of tasks. As a result, a skill (skill) value occurs between 0 and 100.

The Talent (Skill) value allows employers to send more jobs and pay more to employees who will complete the tasks well. The BR value taken from the same assignment may vary from person to person. For example, someone with a high talent (skill) value wins 100 BRs from a mission, while a person with a low-value of the same task can win 80 BR.

You can see your different skill (skill) values related to tasks on your Yang profile screen. Remember that Skill value is only shown for the task groups where you pass the exams. So you can have very good Skill values by passing the exam from the task groups where relatively easy tasks are offered. However, if you fail to pass the exam from other task groups, you may encounter the situation of low duty.
